Track Your Order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. Here is how to check on your order:
- Use your shipping email. Open the "Your order is on the way" email and click Track your order.
- Use your account. If you checked out with your email, sign in from the account icon at the top of this site to see your order status and tracking.
- Track by number. Paste your tracking number into the carrier's site, or a universal tracker such as 17TRACK.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the email. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before they ship.
No tracking email after 4 business days, or no movement for 10 business days? Email genuinelinkswellness@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
