These Terms of Service govern your use of the Genuine Collection online store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We try to describe products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but screen colors vary and minor differences may occur. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property
All Store content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Genuine Collection or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

You may not use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the Store's security.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genuine Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
