Shipping Policy
Genuine Collection currently ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and December peak, processing can take up to 4 business days.

Delivery time
• Items marked "Fast US Shipping" ship from a US warehouse and usually arrive 3–8 business days after processing.
• All other items ship from our international fulfillment partner and usually arrive 7–15 business days after processing.

Each product page shows which group the item belongs to. If your order contains items from both groups, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and holiday volume can add a few days.

Holiday ordering
For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering Fast US Shipping items by December 8 and all other items by November 25. We will post any updated cutoffs on our Shipping Info page.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.

Address problems and lost packages
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you confirm the address. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or a package shows delivered but you cannot find it, email us at genuinelinkswellness@gmail.com and we will open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, reship or refund.

Taxes and duties
Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout.
