How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Items marked Fast US Shipping then arrive in about 3–8 business days; other items arrive in about 7–15 business days. See Shipping Info for details.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

How do I track my order?

You will get an email with your tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Items can ship from different warehouses so that each one reaches you as quickly as possible. There is no extra charge.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded free. Read the full Refund Policy.

How do I choose my size?

Check our Size Guide. Many of our styles run small (Asian sizing), so if you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.

What is the jewelry made of?

Materials vary by piece and are listed on each product page (for example stainless steel, alloy or copper with gold-tone plating). Our jewelry is fashion jewelry, not solid gold. To keep the finish bright, avoid water, perfume and lotions.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best before it is processed.
